Client Support Administrator

    We’re looking for a Client Support Administrator to join our team!


    PLUS QA is a software testing company located in Portland. We are looking for a Client Support Administrator to help onboard new clients and assist the marketing department. The Client Support Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to help ensure an efficient client onboarding process from connecting incoming clients with the right internal contact to verifying the accuracy of orders and invoices. 


    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of internal services and products
    • Handle internal and external sales correspondence
    • Respond to leads and coordinate meetings with the proper internal contacts 
    • Take ownership of new account creation process, filling out proper paperwork, and moving through the required internal departments
    • Send estimates and SOWs to clients via HelloSign
    • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
    • Maintain and update sales and client records
    • Communicate important feedback from clients
    • Attend and contribute to company sales and marketing meetings
    • Develop monthly sales reports
    • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    • Associate degree or higher in a related field required
    • 1+ years of experience as a Client Support Administrator or other administrative role
    • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Strong interest in the Technology field 
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be able to multitask, manage time and multiple projects and be flexible in a changing environment
    • Motivated individual with high energy and positive attitude
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
    • Experience creating presentations with Keynote, Google Slides or PowerPoint
    • Must be familiar with Windows and Mac OS X


    • Contract to hire (90 days probationary period)
