It’s that time of the year again; the leaves are changing colors, the weather is getting colder, and it’s time to give thanks here in the U.S. Although 2020 has been hard, we’re looking on the bright side and have quite a lot to be grateful for.
Our Team’s Flexibility
Shifting gears from working together in a collaborative and open environment to working entirely remote was certainly challenging, but our team quickly rose to the occasion. Working from home may seem like an easy task but it took a lot of planning, patience, and coordination. We are so thankful that our team has been patient, understanding, and productive during this transition.
Check out our blog post for more info on how we successfully transitioned to working from home.
This year has given us an opportunity to look introspectively at the way we are constructed as a company. We have over 60 employees from 14 different countries from around the world, all with a wide range of experience in QA testing, software and web development, automation, accessibility, and more. We are so thankful to have such a talented team that prioritizes diversity and inclusion and recognizes these values as our strengths.
We’ve bragged before about how we have some of the best people, professionally and personally, on our team and that’s only remained true as we’ve grown as a company. These strong relationships are key to the success of our team. Even though we can’t gather together this year, we’ve stayed connected and have maintained these relationships over Slack and virtual events. We’re looking forward to connecting with everyone during our end of year virtual party.
Over the years we have had the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and clients ranging from large corporations to small startups. We are so grateful to work with them. Without these clients, we would not be able to have such an amazing team.
We are so thankful to support our clients with their projects. Through working with these projects we are aware of our greater impact on their end-users. More importantly with an uptick in accessibility work we are thankful for the opportunity to impact all users.
This year we have worked with clients both new and old and we are grateful for them choosing PLUS QA as a testing partner.
With an influx of new clients, we have been able to rehire and hire new faces to our team. We understand that not everyone has been so lucky during this difficult time. We are therefore so thankful for this incredible opportunity and do not take it for granted.
While we may not be able to go home for the holidays to be with our families, we are so grateful and thankful for our PLUS QA family.
